In order to prepare your rental bike ready-to-use,
we kindly ask you to fill in the details requested bellow.

We kindly ask you to remember that while we will do everything we can to make our bikes fit your needs, they are, in fact, rental bikes.

We welcome you to bring your own saddle and pedals to make things more comfortable for you, and will help you mount them, if you would like.

We have extra stems to adjust the fit to be closer to the measurements you have on your own bike at home, but we ask for your understanding that a rental bike may not be to the millimeter of what your personal setup might look like.

I booked the package "Dolomites do-it-yourself roadbike vacation"
 The rental for Colnago road bikes is included in the package.
For rental of the Gravel model, an extra charge will be required.

I declare that I am in possession of third-party insurance coverage that meets the following requirements:

The policy must provide coverage for any voluntary or involuntary damage caused during the rental period.
The policy must be valid and in force for the duration of the rental period.

I declare that I am NOT in possession of third-party insurance coverage that meets the requirements listed above, and I hereby authorize Holimites Srl and/or the bike rental company to charge my credit card for the full amount of any voluntary or involuntary damage caused to the bike during the rental period.
