The packages are available during the “Maratona dles Dolomites-Enel week” (July 04th, 2021) for a minimum stay of 4 days for the Classic offers and 7 days for the Exclusive offers.

For both offers, Classic and Exclusive, special holiday programs are available, one for the participants with guaranteed entry to the Maratona dles Dolomites-Enel and one for non-participants with guided excursions around the Dolomites during their stay.

Sale of the Maratona dles Dolomites-Enel 2021 packages:
We would like to give those the chance to reconfirm the package for 2021, who opted to keep their reservation valid for 2021.
We want to reward our customers' trust with an extraordinary sale and with priority access. Each booking person will receive communication as soon as they can reconfirm their package.
As for the "new 2021 packages" there will be a sale in October, based on the number of beds and facilities still available. Further information is published in September.
Frequently asked questions (FAQ)
Is it possible to book by phone or in advance?
The purchase of the packages is only available on-line and it is not possible to book in advance.
What is the difference between the first sales day (for participants with accompanying person/s) and the following sales day?
On the first sales day you can book only packages for participants with accompanying person/s. During the following day it will be possible to book packages even for only participants.
Can I book a package for more than 7 nights after October 10th?
Yes, of course! There are only requirements for the minimum nights of stay. There is no maximum night limitations. For example, on October 16th, you can book for more than 5 nights, but on the contrary, you can't book for less than 5 nights.
If I’m not able to purchase a holiday package on the first day, what are my other options?
The available booking spots will be divided equally into 7 booking rounds. In addition, many reservations are not confirmed during the first round of bookings for one of various reasons such as double bookings, an incorrect time period was selected, an incorrect e-mail address was submitted, etc. These unconfirmed reservations will be returned and available for purchase online during the following rounds. Dates and times of these booking rounds will be published on our website.
What kind of accommodations are available?
Our facilities range from self-catered apartments to small family-owned Bed&Breakfasts and all the way up to 5-star Hotels. All available accommodations are listed on the file online, you can download it! Accommodations that take part at the Exclusive offers are listed with an “EX”. You will also find the base price per person for the participant packages based on accommodation in a double room standard.
How do I pay?
When purchasing the offer you can choose to pay by credit card or proceed with a bank money transfer. Payment must be made in full by following the instructions given in the confirmation email after you complete your booking.
What information should I have ready when purchasing a package.
When purchasing a package, in addition to your personal information, you must also have first names, last names and dates of birth of all the people who are part of your group, participants and accompanying persons.
What are the most common errors people make when booking their reservations that result in immediate cancellations?
- E-mail addresses that are not typed correctly
- incorrect selection of the arrival and departure dates at the beginning of your booking because they are not modifiable during the reservation process (only at the beginning)
- different names: the names on the registration form you need to send after the booking differ from the names that where typed in during the booking process on-line
- Double bookings: the same participant names are present in more than one reservation.â€¨
Pay particular attention to this because if you book during the first round with a minimum stay of 7 nights and then you try to book another reservation during a later booking round with the same names, the system will cancel both reservations and you will be denied access to enter the booking system again until the following booking round.
Is it possible to add more participants to our group after the booking is already completed and confirmed?
It is not possible to add new names to the same booking. But if the accommodation chosen still has vacancies, you can proceed with a new booking for additional guests.
I need to make a reservation for a large sporting group, how do I proceed?
Especially if you only book for 4 days it will be very difficult to find availability in the same accommodation for groups of more than 20 people. We recommend splitting your group up to stay in different accommodations or wait for the second booking round.
