Policy concerning data collected when you book one of our holiday packages
Aside from the data collected as you navigate our website (see paragraph above), when you book one of our holiday packages we ask you to share the following information with us: name, surname, address, gender, date and place of birth, number and expiry date of an identity card, telephone number, e-mail address and languages spoken.
In order to print the invoice that is issued upon payment of the package, and for tax registration of the same, we require a customer's name, surname, address, date and place of birth.
For tax purposes, all our invoices with corresponding customer information must be retained in our files for at least 10 years (Article 2220 of the Civil Code - indexed “Storage of accounting records”). Information on invoices issued to customers with Italian citizenship must be forwarded to the revenue office (see article 21 of Italian Decree Law of May 31, 2010 no. 78 “Spesometro" requirement).
All our accounting records can also be visualized by Zucchetti Systema companies (Privacy policy: https://www.zucchettisystemasrl.it/) and S.E.V.E. (Privacy policy: http://www.verginer.bz/privacy.html)
To complete the hotel and mountain hut booking processes, we are required to forward our customer's identity card information. This information will be registered by the hospitality facility and sent to the corresponding police headquarters.
Telephone numbers, e-mail addresses and information on languages spoken will be shared with the tourist guide employed for the holiday program you have booked. This information is necessary to organize and facilitate program logistics, and in case of an emergency. Our guides are forbidden to use your information for personal purposes or to share this information with other parties.
If you book a holiday program that involves a sports event or similar, additional personal information may be requested. This information will be forwarded to the event organizers. This information is necessary for the event's overall success and for security purposes. For example, the “Maratona dles Dolomites” program requires shirt and shorts size. This information is necessary to order the correct size and to provide its swift delivery once you arrive at the venue.
We will retain this information until you request their cancellation.
